The name KALLISTE draws inspiration from the Greek word meaning the most beautiful woman—a name that deserved a fragrance equally captivating, sensual, and extraordinary.

Inspired by the enchanting beauty of night-blooming jasmine, KALLISTE explores a floral character that is both mysterious and irresistible. It is not simply about smelling beautiful; it is about creating an aura that draws people closer.

The fragrance opens with the intoxicating character of night-blooming jasmine, complemented by the distinctive floral elegance of JasRose and the playful richness of berries. As it unfolds, juicy peach, luscious plum, and an aquatic freshness bring a fascinating contrast to the composition.

Beneath this beautiful floral-fruity expression lies a sensual foundation of ambergris, sandalwood, and musk, creating a smooth, warm, and captivating finish.

But KALLISTE is more than a beautiful combination of notes. It is an experience built around a very particular emotion—the beauty of flowers, the intimacy of their fragrance, and the unforgettable impression they leave behind.

AN OBSESSION WITH THE BEAUTY OF JASMINE

What makes KALLISTE special is the inspiration behind its creation.

In many parts of South India, adorning one's hair with fresh flower garlands is a cherished tradition. The fragrance of these flowers becomes an intimate part of one's presence, leaving a beautiful trail that is both familiar and deeply captivating.

KALLISTE was imagined through a similar emotion.

But instead of following the familiar path of traditional jasmine or mogra, I wanted to explore the enchanting character of night-blooming jasmine. I wanted to recreate the sensation of wearing an exquisite floral garland, but with a more sensual, mysterious, and contemporary personality.

And then came another thought.

Why should a fragrance inspired by such beautiful flowers look ordinary?

I wanted KALLISTE to have a personality of its own, even in appearance. That is why the creation embraces a deep, mysterious black identity—an expression of the contrast between delicate white blossoms and an alluring, darker presence.

A beautiful contradiction. Delicate in inspiration. Sensual in character. Unforgettable in presence.

“I wanted to create a fragrance that justified its name—not merely something beautiful, but something that made beauty feel like an experience.”

When I chose the name KALLISTE, meaning the most beautiful woman, I knew the fragrance had to live up to the imagination behind it.

Night-blooming jasmine became my starting point. I was fascinated by the thought of translating the experience of fresh floral adornment into a fragrance—something that could capture the intimacy and beauty of flowers worn close to oneself, yet offer an entirely different olfactory personality.

During its creation, I found myself completely immersed in this idea. I wanted the sensuality of night-blooming jasmine to take centre stage, supported by fruity nuances and a beautifully warm foundation.

I also wanted its appearance to reflect its personality. The decision to give KALLISTE its black identity was intentional—a visual expression of the mystery, elegance, and contrast I wanted the fragrance to communicate.

For me, KALLISTE represents the freedom to interpret beauty differently. It is a reminder that perfumery is not simply about following familiar paths, but about creating new experiences from familiar inspirations.

KALLISTE is my interpretation of beauty—sensual, mesmerizing, and impossible to forget.
